I have continued advanced studies in Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Chakra balancing. Registered Yoga Teacher   I have been practicing yoga since 1996 and began teaching yoga in 2002. I received my certification from Discovery Yoga, a Kripalu affiliate, in St. Augustine, FL where I studied the history, philosophy, and teaching methodology of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. I have continued advanced studies in Yoga Therapy with the IYT group in Mt. Madonna, CA. I teach a Kripalu style hatha yoga class suitable for all levels of practice. Member Yoga Alliance.
