I offer an integrated massage suited to your individual needs, using advanced techniques to help increase vitality and stamina while promoting healthy relaxation and pain relief. 13 years experience.
I use a rhythmical combination of various massage techniques specific to your personal needs. I combine techniques including Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity, Trager, and Reflexology, among others. I also offer instruction for breathing techniques, chakra/energy balancing, and guided relaxation. This style of massage is very relaxing and offers tremendous therapeutic value.
